To start the process we make the Compost (that we use in the brew later) here on site from the best material which grow and develop microbiology, we use a thermophilic process to kill any pathogen or weed seeds through high heat. We turn the piled when the temperature hits the sweet spot ensuring each part of the compost pile reaches the middle. We individually lab test each pile to ensure the right Microbiology in in each batch. 

Once the testing is complete and the microbiology is of the correct amounts we then develop your compost tea using the best feedstock to further grow the microbes in the solution. We brew from 12 to 48 hours depending on the temperature and amount of biological growth over that time.
